The steel used for photovoltaic support shall meet four requirements
2021-12-08
The function of photovoltaic support is to support the use of solar panels for power generation. What requirements should the materials used to produce photovoltaic support meet?

1. When using steel materials to produce photovoltaic supports, there shall be no cracks, scabs, folds, hemp lines, bubbles and inclusions on the steel, so as to maintain the normal use of steel materials.

2. When using steel materials to produce photovoltaic support, the steel surface shall be free of rust, pitting, scratch and indentation, and its depth shall not be greater than the thickness of the dry steel. The negative allowable deviation value shall be about half.

3. When using steel materials to produce photovoltaic support, there shall be no defects such as delamination and slag inclusion at the end edge or fracture of steel. Otherwise, once used in the manufacturing of equipment, the service life of equipment will be affected.

4. When using steel materials to produce photovoltaic supports, the corrosion grade of the steel surface should meet the standard. If grade C is used in equipment manufacturing, rust removal should be carried out.
