A solar inclined single axis tracking system generally consists of a photoelectric sensor, a controller, and an actuator.
The photoelectric sensor is mainly used to sense the position of the sun, while the controller is used to control the
actuator to drive the solar panel rotation.
The structure adopts three-point support, which makes the structure more stable and better wind-resistant, and there is no
shaking gap between the driving system and the rotating parts. The rotating parts adopt UPE material solar bearings with a
molecular weight of 4.5 million, wear-resistant and ageing-resistant, self-lubricating and maintenance-free for 25 years.
No need for professional maintenance personnel, once equipment problems occur, spare parts can be replaced directly on
site in a very short time.
We can provide two drive solutions and flexibly adjust the solution for different projects. IP65 protection level for electronic
components and double-layer protection for core components, which can be applied in desert engineering and water engineering.
The structure is made of hot-dip galvanised steel sheet or new galvanised aluminium-magnesium alloy with high strength
and good corrosion resistance, which can be installed in coastal areas.
